Nobody knows in advance how many people pick up, so we plan on 35 in 100 answering, which is deliberately cautious. Only minutes actually spoken use your plan; ringing, busy and unanswered numbers cost nothing, and you can top up any month you go further.

It is not a replacement for your team — most people keep both, and hand Riya the calls nobody has time to make.

What exactly am I paying for?
One monthly price, worked out from your calls. You tell us how many calls you take or make a day, how long they last and how many days a month; we work out the price and set aside that much calling in your plan. Basic starts at ₹999 a month and Premium at ₹1,999 a month, plus your calls; the same calls cost much less on Basic. Each includes 1 agent; more are ₹799 a month each. Phone numbers, call charges and WhatsApp message charges are billed by Plivo directly to your own Plivo account. AI replies on web chat and WhatsApp are included.
Which plan should I pick?
Basic if your customers speak Indian languages and price matters most — the same calls cost much less than on Premium: 11 Indian languages with Basic voices. Premium if you want the most natural conversation, callers in many languages (97, detected automatically), Premium voices, and an agent that hears the caller's tone of voice. Every call feature is on both. You can switch later.
Do I need my own telephony or WhatsApp account?
Yes, one Plivo account covers both. You connect it to Riya, rent your phone numbers and enable WhatsApp there, and Plivo bills you directly for numbers, call charges and WhatsApp message charges. Riya connects each number and WhatsApp line to your agent for you.
What if I make more calls than I planned?
Your plan covers the calls you sized it for. Ringing, busy and unanswered calls use none of it; the calculator plans on 35 in 100 calls being answered. If you need more, top up any time at the same pricing as your plan, never a penalty price, or resize your plan for the next month.
How does voice cloning work?
It is an add-on: ₹999 a month per cloned voice. Calls in a cloned voice use slightly more of your plan, and the calculator includes that in your price. You can clone your own voice or a staff member's, with the speaker's recorded consent.
Monthly, quarterly or yearly?
All three. Monthly auto-renews and can be cancelled any time. Quarterly saves 8% and yearly saves 20%, on the subscription only — your calls cost the same whichever you pick.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — a 7-day trial with full access, 30 minutes of calling included and no card required. Build your agent, test it on voice and chat, and only then pick a plan.
What about GST and invoices?
All prices are in INR and exclusive of 18% GST, which is shown as its own line before you pay. A GST invoice is emailed after every payment and is downloadable from Settings → Billing.

Quarterly and yearly discounts apply to the subscription, never to your calls. Your calls are priced from what you tell us (calls a day, how long they last, days a month) and included in one monthly price; Basic costs much less than Premium for the same calls. Web chat and WhatsApp replies are included. You can switch plans or resize from Settings → Billing at any time.
